Who you are buying from
FOJI Raceworks Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13326481. VAT registration number GB 410 2742 46. Our address and contact details are on the contact page.
Price and payment
The price shown in the shop is the price you pay. A painted rocker cover is £350.00 and an unpainted one is £280.00. Shirts are £37.00. Long sleeves are £39.00. Sweatshirts are £49.00. Hoodies are £52.00. The E30 rear brake conversion kit is £300.00 for the pair. Delivery is charged separately and is set out below.
On UK orders that price includes UK VAT at the current rate. An order going outside the UK is an export and is zero rated for UK VAT, so there is no UK VAT in it. The price is the same either way. Import duty and local sales tax are charged by the destination country instead, and those are yours to pay. There is more on that under delivery.
Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe. We never see or hold your card details. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us is made, at the point your payment goes through. The page you land on afterwards carries your order reference, and Stripe normally sends a receipt as well.
We also email you a confirmation with your order reference, what you bought and where it is going. If that email does not arrive, get in touch. The order is on our system either way and your payment is your proof, so nothing hangs on the email reaching you.
The exchange
The rocker cover is sold on an exchange basis. The price assumes we get your original cover back, because it becomes the next one we build.
Post your original cover back to us within 28 days of the new one arriving. It does not need to be clean or pretty, but it does need to be complete and repairable.
If nothing has been posted after 28 days we will normally chase you for it, but the 28 days run from the day your new cover arrives whether you hear from us or not. If it still does not come back we will invoice you a further£35.00, which is the difference between the exchange price and buying one outright.
Delivery
Clothing ships worldwide, shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies alike. Delivery is charged once per order and not per item, because an order travels as one parcel. What it costs depends on what the whole parcel weighs and where it is going. You see the figure before you pay. These are the clothing rates. Rocker covers are heavier and are priced separately, underneath.

Europe here means everywhere Royal Mail prices as Europe, which includes Ireland, Switzerland and Norway. Anywhere else is the rest of the world. The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands ship at the UK rates. For VAT the Isle of Man counts as the UK and the Channel Islands do not.
Collection from the workshop near Liskeard is free and you can choose it in the cart. We will email or message you when your order is ready, and collection is by arrangement rather than drop in. A rocker cover is usually ready within a week, a brake kit in 2 weeks, and pre-order clothing is ready once the run reaches us after the window closes. On an exchange cover, bringing your old cover when you collect settles the exchange on the spot.
Rocker covers are £14.95 to send anywhere in the UK, and that is the figure for any UK order with a cover in it that we can quote online, shirts alongside it or not. A boxed cover weighs about 5kg, which is more than a small parcel service will take, so carriage to any other country is quoted by hand. Email james@fojiraceworks.co.uk with your address and we will price it before you order. Covers are built to order and usually go out within a week. We will tell you if it is going to be longer.
Brake kits are £12.95 to send anywhere in the UK. Carriage to any other country is quoted by hand, the same as a cover: email james@fojiraceworks.co.uk with your address and we will price it before you order. Kits are made to order and usually ship in 2 weeks. We will tell you if it is going to be longer. A kit is sold outright, not on exchange, so there is nothing to send back.
Clothing goes up to 10 items per order in any mix, anywhere in the world. The cap counts shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies together, so six shirts and five hoodies is over it. UK orders are tracked. Overseas orders go by Royal Mail International Standard, which is an aim rather than a guarantee.
We cannot quote carriage online for a UK order over 10kg, or an overseas order over 3kg, and the checkout will say so rather than guess. If that is what you want, email us and we will price it properly.
Outside the UK, import duty, local sales tax and any handling fee are charged by the destination country on arrival. They are not included in what you pay us and we cannot tell you what they will be. They are yours to pay. If a parcel is refused at that point and comes back to us, we will refund the goods but not the carriage either way.
Pre-orders
The clothing is a pre-order. It does not exist when you pay for it. The pre-order window closes on 8 November 2026. Order before then and you are in that run, which is printed once the window closes and posted week commencing 16 November 2026. The checkout stops taking clothing orders when the window closes, shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies alike. If one does reach us after it, that dispatch date does not apply to it, and we will either agree a new date with you or refund you in full. Shirts are £37.00, long sleeves are £39.00, sweatshirts are £49.00, and hoodies are £52.00.
If that date slips we will do our best to let you know the new one. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before your parcel arrives, for any reason, and you do not have to wait for a delay or for us to get in touch to do it.
If we cannot make a design at all, we refund that line in full within 14 days.
Changing your mind
If you are buying as a consumer you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you have changed your mind, and a further 14 days to send it back. You pay the return postage. We will refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of getting it back, or within 14 days of you sending us proof that you posted it, whichever comes first. On a pre-order that clock starts when the parcel arrives, not when you paid, so you can also cancel at any time before it is sent.
You can look at it and handle it the way you would in a shop, so trying a shirt on or offering a cover up to the engine is fine and costs you nothing. Going further than that is not. A cover that has been fitted, drilled, repainted or damaged, or a shirt that has been worn or washed, may have its refund reduced by the value it has lost. This does not affect your rights if the thing is faulty.
Cancellation form
You do not have to use this. An email or a letter saying clearly that you are cancelling does the same job. It is here because we have to give it to you.

If something is wrong with it
Tell us. We would rather hear about it than not. If anything is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will sort it out. Email james@fojiraceworks.co.uk with your order reference and a photo.
Fitting
The cover is supplied as a part. Hose ends, braided line and the catch can are not included, and fitting is not included. It is your responsibility to have it fitted properly and to check it is right for your engine. If you are not sure, ask us before you order rather than after.
