We Look First
We book the car in and look at it before pricing anything big. No guessing from photos.
Inspection, In Writing
The car gets a proper inspection with photo evidence. You get a written report of what we found, the good and the bad.
A Quote You Choose From
Parts and labour separated, and the work tiered: what’s needed now, what’s recommended, what can wait. You pick what gets done.
Nothing Undiscussed
The work is photographed as it happens. If we find something mid-job that wasn’t in the plan, we tell you before we touch it.
Handback
You get the photos and a completion report, and the invoice matches the quote you agreed.

You See Everything
Every job leaves with its records: the inspection report, the photos taken as the work happened, and the completion report. You don't have to take our word for any of it. You hold the record.
